What shipping options are available
Rayah is pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $100+ and Free returns on all U.S. orders. Domestic orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the day they are shipped. Two-day and Standard shipping are also available within the U.S. and are available at checkout. Please note, it is possible that shipping delays may occur on outbound orders as a result of carrier delays as shipping services are overwhelmed with the volume of packages moving through their networks during the holidays.
Do you ship Internationally?

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.
How can I follow the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS, DHL or UPS tracking number.
Missing/Lost/Stolen Package?
Once your order ships, Rayah Hair is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen from doorsteps/mailboxes/delivery addresses. Please ensure you are providing a reliable and accurate delivery address at checkout.
