Warranty Replacements and Returns

Replacement Warranty

Annulette free Replacement Warranty is valid up to one year after the order date.

To receive a warranty replacement, please email info@rayahhair.com with the following information:

  • Name on order
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Replacement
  • Your Email
  • Your Mailing Address

 

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How can I return or exchange an online purchase?

Before initiating your return or exchange, we recommend that you consult the return conditions:

  • Returns will be made in the same way used for the purchase. In the case of payment by credit card, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and the transaction receipt.
  • Please note that the item must have the price tags intact and be in perfect condition.
  • Items purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other items, no returns are allowed.
  • Merchandise received by a customer as a result of an exchange or warranty replacement is not considered a new or original order and may not be re-exchanged.
  • Individual sale items with a 50% discount or more cannot be returned and do not come with warranty. This, however, does not apply to bundles of two or more units that are valid for return.
  • Items sent back to Rayah Hair without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If your returned items are shipped back to RAYAHHAIR beyond the qualifying return window, RAYAHHAIR reserves the right to reject the package and the return or accept the return with a 25% processing fee at the discretion of RAYAHHAIR. These returns will be refunded by gift card.


To Issue a Return

You have 90 days from your order date to make returns.

To start a return, please email info@rayahhair.com with the following information:

  • Reason for return or exchange

A return label will be issued by Atomix Logistics via email. A FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please get in touch with Customer Service via email at info@rayahhair.com or by phone 332-322-9888 Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CT.

 

GIFT CARDS

Rayah Hair E-Gift Cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed online. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. Kendra Scott will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States.


ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Rayah Hair, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed upon between the Purchaser and Seller when the order is placed. The seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by the Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.


PROMOTION INFORMATION

Any product purchased during a "Gift With Purchase" or “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion may be returned. Please include all received items with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the of the excluded item. Gifted products cannot be returned or exchanged without order number. Gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. 

All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon online checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.
